Awe-inspiring coastal beauty and memorable beach towns
Explore the dramatic and awe-inspiring Oregon Coast you’ve seen in countless movies and photographs. On my tour you’ll feel the sand between your toes as you walk on wild beaches among wind-swept trees and in the shadow of dramatic rock formations that reach up out of the sea.
We’ll also visit my favorite towns on the coast, such as the cozy and quaint Cannon Beach, home to artists and artisans, where we’ll visit art galleries and have a delicious lunch.
Continuing up the coast, we’ll visit Astoria, end point of the Lewis and Clark expedition and the first permanent American settlement on the Pacific coast. You’ll feel the pioneering spirit here, as we visit the Lewis and Clark Museum, explore downtown, and finish at the Astoria Column for a memorable view of the powerful Columbia River as it flows into the Pacific Ocean.
